Returns Policy
Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags attached.
How to Return:
- Fill in contact from below or alternatively email your returns to info@lenel.co.uk.
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging (or a suitable alternative).
- Ship the return to the address provided in your returns email.
Return Postage:
- The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to arrange a free return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
